Today I learned about mysterious particle radiation belts around the Earth.
Today I meditated for 15 minutes. I did what is commonly termed a “loving-kindness” meditation (also known as “metta”), of which there are various methods. I first visualized in front of me someone for whom I easily feel love and compassion. I then thought about wishing that person well-being, health, strength, freedom from suffering, safety from danger, etc. Then I mentally transferred that feeling and intention to a larger circle of people and eventually to all people (including myself… self-compassion is important too!).
Today I acted kindly by leaving mini bottles of bubbles with notes on the doorsteps of random houses. See photo evidence below!
