Today I learned how astronauts sleep! To avoid floating around, they strap themselves to a wall. Interestingly, the carbon dioxide that astronauts breathe out lingers in the air in front of their faces instead of dispersing, so proper air ventilation is essential.
Today I meditated for 15 minutes.
Today I acted compassionately by helping an old lady push her walker through a tough snow patch, and by hand-writing and delivering a card to a very pregnant barista at a local coffee-shop. While I was sitting there this morning, she not only kept working despite nausea and other morning-sickness unease, but moreover did so with a smile on her face. So the card basically said, Bravo.
